Return Policy
Sales of roses and other flowers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Because flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last long. It is the recipient's responsibility to cut the arrangement and water it.
If you are ordering flowers for someone else, please ensure you choose something they would like. Style preferences are not grounds for a return.
Since not all flowers are always in season or in stock, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of a similar look and feel without prior consultation. We will do our best to make the arrangement as close as possible to the advertised image. If you require a specific product, please contact us to check availability.
If no name is specified for the card message, the sender's name will be placed on the card.
Delivery times are generally based on business hours. If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact our designers to make arrangements.
As the sender, it is your responsibility to ensure the recipient will be at the delivery location on the delivery date. If the recipient returns home early (if delivered to a workplace) or out of town (for home delivery) without our knowledge, this is not grounds for a refund or replacement, as we have fulfilled our delivery obligation on the order date as instructed by the sender. We do not make advance calls to guarantee delivery so as not to spoil any surprises.
